By using AZ Electrical Services' website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Services

AZ Electrical Services provides domestic and commercial electrical installation, repair, testing, and maintenance services within our stated service areas. All work complies with current UK wiring regulations (BS 7671).

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
• Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices quoted include labour, materials, and certification unless stated otherwise
• Additional work discovered during the job will be discussed and approved before proceeding

Booking and Cancellations

• Appointments can be made by phone or via our website contact form
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations where possible
• Emergency callouts take priority over scheduled appointments

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major credit/debit cards.

Warranty and Guarantees

All work carries appropriate warranties for materials and workmanship. Specific warranty periods depend on the nature of the work and will be confirmed in writing upon completion.

Liability

AZ Electrical Services maintains full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and our insurance coverage.

Health and Safety

Customers must ensure safe access to work areas. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone work if conditions are unsafe. Children and pets should be kept away from active work zones.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
